I signed up for the credit union discount over a month ago and it is still not showing on my bill. I got a confirmation email...what gives?
In response to your post regarding your credit union discount:
The discount must be on the account for 1 complete bill cycle in order to award the discount.
Even though the discount has been established on the customer's account, it could take up to 60 days for the customer to actually see their discount on the bill.
Discounts applied on the bill cycle date will not show up for the bill cycle following. They will show up on the second bill cycle following.
Tell the customer that they will see the discount on their bill in 1 to 2 billing cycles.
