Sprint can you offer premium customers that have been with you for 5 years or more a 700 or 1000 minute family plan? I would like to think that loyalty means something. YOU CAN DO IT!
They should offer something with less minutes for those which want share plans but no need for something like 1500 min. Following today's AS article;
People don't need contracts but smart way to save money, more min. will bring only devastation for Sprint. They got to be smarter than that, well, I forgot their CEO don't read.
After getting the Anytime and Mobile added I don't even dent my minutes anymore. I love the anytime any mobile but now we need smaller plans. I have 3 phones on my account with everything 1500, and don't even reach 500 minutes between all 3. I don't watch my minutes but who doesn't have a cell phone now??? SPRINT NEEDS to LOWER their family plans. Come up with about 4 tiers or something. Like a 750 minute, 1000 minutes, the 1500, 3000 and unlimited. Pretty wide open options that seem they would fit any families need. I am tired of paying my bill to not utilize all my minutes or even come close to. Come on sprint unless you want to lose customers listen to us. Mr. Dan Hesse CEO now on top of your wonderful anytime any mobile, please make another sensible move like adjusting plans. I know you would have thought that some may not use all their minutes now. You may get more customers if you change plans and still offer anytime anymobile. People go where it is flexible, reliable, and who offers more in their plans for the buck!!!!! Plain and simple need smaller plans.
I agree wholeheartedly! As families transition away from land lines they need more minutes but we certainly do not need as many as that. My family would probably be perfect in the 700 to 800 minute range. Please Sprint - Add this option for us!
I agree with everything that we need a new less cost less minutes family plans. But I don't think sprint is reading these blogs. I have seen so many of this kind of blogs. If sprint was reading any of these blogs, they would have made changes to their plan structure, but in this case, they have not. Just cross your finder and hope that these high paying CEOs are making changes for their customer, otherwise, Sprint will continue to lose customers and eventually, AT&T, Verizon or Tmobile will buy them out. maybe CEO is in talk with TMobile to buy Sprint so Sprint CEO can get his multi-million $ for not doing any work for Sprint.
why is Sprint not answering or doing nothing about this...
everybody wants them to lower there minutes but they are not taking heed to our demands???????
The really funny thing about this is that Virgin Mobile (which is one of Sprint's prepaid branches) offers individual lines at 300 minutes and data/texts included for $25. For my wife and I 600 minutes and unlimited everything else for $50 is impressive. Mind you the phones have to be bought outright but at that monthly price that is not an issue at all.
Honestly the $130 price tag is just silly for a plan with only 2 people on it. I can undertsand it being a great deal for those with 4-5 lines even with the $20 a month line charge but for 2 people, c'mon....
I couldn't agree more. I just became a Sprint customer at the end of July on an Individual 450 Anytime Data Plan. Just today, I received an offer from them in the mail that I was pre-approved to add a line. I thought I would look into since my fiance's birthday is coming up in November and he desperately needs a new phone. (Currently he's on his bro's shared family plan w/ AT&T and his bro pays the bill every month, but he doesn't have data and really wants it) I was so shocked when I found out that 1500 minutes is the lowest option! That just doesn't make any sense to me. I mean, if an Individual can get as low as a 450 plan, then why not just double that plan when you add a line. I have yet to use 300 minutes in a month and my fiance uses even fewer than me so I just can't see signing up for a plan that includes TWICE the amount that we actually need. Other carriers offer Family plans in the range of 700-1000 minutes...why not Sprint??? I think their Marketing dept. really needs to consider this.
I've called every month for past 6 months asking custormer service about this..
with all the texting and interenet use as well as the amount of people that have cell phones now and no land lines all those minutes arent necessary..
I refuse to more than double my bill to get on an Everything plan... Current on an old Family 550 plan for 59.99 and not changing it so I've stayed away from the smart phones... If we need to we can always do an add on for texting or data if we feel like it and cancel the add on at anytime... but we dont text much and if you've never had the internet on your phone you can't miss it.... We did just re up for 2 years and just got some new phones but still wont go the smart phone/android route for price of the plans... In 2 years who knows where the other companies will be, but I will re asses then and if Sprint Family plans dont improve will prob go to another carrier, but alot can happen in 2 years so who knows....
In the meantime if by some Miracle sprint actually listens to us and gets a 700- 1000 minute plan for under $100 then I'd gladly change my plan.....
