26 days and nothing fixed....hard to show love when you get the run around and 10 people can not change a single plan on an account.

I did not get the impression anyone here has the authority to help in this situation, but I hope the Facebook contact yields some success.

I have to say that the online Sprint team here..did what the countless people over the phone and on online chat could not do...THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND PROBLEM! One message on here and there was 3 or 4 Sprint reps responding as well as their supervisor. From now on I will come here to get a resolution....AWESOME EXPERIENCE ON HERE!
