Did you recently upgrade your phone or change your price plan along with removing the protection plan? It's possible that if the plan was changed mid-bill cycle it will charge you for the service you have used (prorated charge) and then pick back up with the new plan. 2 weeks ago I paid my sprint bill, which was 117$, then my account balance was 0$.
Then last week I had my premium protection plan removed from my phone.
Today I checked my account and it says that I owe 154$, due in 17 days. There is a charge that says Oct 26-Nov 24-Prorated Charges for 106$. Could someone explain to me why that charge is appearing?
