Please post any/all phones you know of that can be used with the basic Sero plan for $30 w/no upgrade fee.
Alot of people who still have the original plan would like to see a list of all the compatible phones.
I can't think of very many offhand but would like to compile a list. Of particular interest are any
phones with internet capability. But it would be nice to compile a list of every single phone that

Hello. Technically, the first 6 that you have listed are actually considered "smart phones." Specialists are supposed to add the $10 Premium data fee manually. The only Smart phone that still does not require the $10 Premium data add-on is the Samsung Replenish.
Are Smart phones ~
HTC Touch Pro
HTC Touch Diamond
PHONES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE THE $10 PREMIUM DATA FEE or A DATA PLAN.
except the Zio
There are more "feature" phones that would also be in this list but are not as current as the ones listed.
Hope this helps,
Thank you!! That is a big help!
Sprint does NOT have a list (at least not that they will provide) of the older phones we can still use.
As for the smartphones listed above, I have been told numerous times that the old windows mobile smartphones are still
ok on the basic Sero. It is my understanding that any phone that was ever allowed on Sero basic, still is. They
are slow to get online, but they can do it.
My son used my old Mogul on Sero basic last year, no added fee. I gave up my plan several years back but still had the phone.
A Sprint rep told me last week that the touch diamond (windows 6.5, I think) is compatible and I hope he
was right as I just bought one and had it sent to my son who is in college and still on Sero. I wish I
had known the Replenish was allowed, maybe next time. Every time he breaks or ruins his phone, I have to try to find
a replacement and I must assume there are others in the same boat.
What I want is to have a comphrensivelist of EVERY phone, (OLD phones included) that are compatible with basic Sero. Then, when our phones
break or fall in a puddle, we can buy a cheap replacement on Ebay. Lets face it, most of use who are still on basic Sero
are on a limited budget. So, please list EVERY phone you ever used on SERO basic.
Oh and Tom, are you Sure the Replenish is compatible? If so I may buy one as a backup. I hate to buy it and have them
charge that data fee since my son only uses his phone to text and FB a little.
My info is if you activate the Replenish, your plan will change from Sero to Everything. They will waive the 10 fee or issue a monthly credit, but when renewal time comes along, you will be on a different, more costly plan if/when you ever change phones, maybe even if you don't. STill there is some controversy here.
I'm bumping this, as it's been the only post so far that has listed phones, not listed on Sprint's site. Has anyone had any additional luck? Tomdeaver, would you be able to provide some updated phones? I'd be interested in2011 ones, but I'd also be interested in 2009 ones, just for the cheap factor.
I would love a feature phone that had wifi so I could just link up with my home ISP when I want. Any out there?
Hey Jaichim, I understand wanting a Wi-Fi capable feature device but unfortunately Sprint does not have any models that are Wi-Fi capable that do not require a data plan. At this time the closest model that is available for what you are looking for in monthly recurring costs and has Wi-Fi capability is the Samsung Replenish which does require the data plan for $69.99 before tax or additional add-ons but does not require the premium data add-on which would save you $10.00 on the monthly recurring costs vs. any other pda/smartphone device.
