tricked at purchase

in search for a   4 New phones due to expiration of our current we figured we would check out Sprint at our local mall here in Delaware. we already New the phones we were going to get but wanted to make sure we got the best plan.so the salesperson explained the plan which he stated our plan would cost us 179.month this was after employee discounts that are applicable. there was no mention of 36.00 per line activation fee. ($144.00) which was on the first bill.the next bill broke down the fees per month.this is where we were taken advantage of. come to find that there is also the additional 10.00 per line uunlimited data fee. no mention of this.nor the activation fee.this whole sale was a Bait An Switch. we were lured in on the low initial fee and are now paying more than what was originally quoted. we called customer service to file a complaint and were promised to be called back . by an account specialist. t that was over a week ago.and  still no return call.my next phone call will be to our state attorney General.

this needs to be addressed.
