I have two lines.
One is on month/month out of lease since November and another one off lease after 1 more payment and eligible for an upgrade. Long story short I have nothing tying me to Sprint after 1 more payment.
Sprint doesn't seem to care about that or the fact that I've been a customer for decades.
A competitor has a similar deal on the Note 8 which is the phone I want (even though S9 just came out). If sprint cannot come up with a deal that affects the existing users I will have to go to the competitor. Sprint seems to want to get new users and ostracize existing customers.
