I am a previous customer and need for corporate to reach out to me. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with uneducated people who tell me something different every time I call and I have now cancelled service AFTER my contract was up and was still billed for the purchase of all but one of my PAID off phones. When I was a customer, every time a change was made, my bill was effected and I usually was on the losing end. When attempting to get assistance from the representatives that I spoke to while in the hospital, it became clear that what we as customers see is not the same as the information and systems provided to them, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to understand the billing. I am done playing the run around game, I need information for someone that has the ability to do something about the $890.60 that the phone rep is saying I owe for 4 paid off phones.
