I have for the past two days tried to speak with someone who has some sort of intelligence and is not rude. The payment system on Sprint is horrible and when you try to make payment arrangements they want you to lie and say yes to something you cannot do, if you dont work their way they are rude and nasty and I cannot deal with things like this. Everyone including Sprint employees cannot say they dont have financial issues and try to make arrangements to pay their bills, but Sprint financial is one of the rudest and nastiest parts of Sprint. I'm telling everyone I know and on Twitter every chance I get to not use this company and why. They need to fire all the financial people and deal with a whole new class of personnel.
