I need to know what the process is to make a formal complaint with Sprint CorporateSprint has just not been on my side today. First I go into a Sprint store to return a charger I bought for $30 on 3/2 that I tried to use once and it didn’t work so it sat in my car until today. I go to return it and he goes we can’t take it because it’s dirty. This is the 2nd charger I bought from a sprint store that didn’t work but if I go anywhere else the chargers work. I believe they are selling off brand chargers and passing them off as Apple chargers. So I’m out of $30 but next I chat sprint to see when my loyalty credit is going to be applied and I’m told by a chat specialist that I won’t get it because of the plan I’m on which is not at all what the first chat that gave me the credit said. They said oh you get these credits for being a loyal customer and they will apply in 30 days. Now this new chat lady tells me that’s not the case. I asked her twice what the formal complaint process was and she refused to answer the question so I ended the chat. I just feel like Sprint continuously lies to me. I want to make a formal complaint
