The ticket was completed. The device actually reflected it was already unlocked before the ticket was submitted, which I know it was unlocked before. When the unlock ticket was submitted again, did you have a Sprint SIM in the phone?
The phone should register the SIM, even when the phone doesn't have service. If that Sprint SIM isn't working, you'll need to get a new one, so we can try the ticket again.
