The title of this thread is talking about an unlock. With our unlock policy, we'll need to know the name of the previous owner. Otherwise, what network issue are you having?
The information I'm finding on the LG Volt says that it's a prepaid phone. We only offer unlocks for phones that have been on the Sprint postpaid network. If you're with Boost or Virgin, you'll need to reach out to them.
My phone is unlocked already, however whenever I install my T-Mobile sim card it always gives me a wireless handheld activation process... Is there any way to cancel that other than just waiting for it to cancel after a short time?
