Why is customer service and customer retention so poor with Sprint? Would you rather I leave and go to a competitor? Is this the norm with all cellphone carriers? A simple one-time request to upgrade early without a god-awful fee after 9 years of loyalty is too much to ask?
After the conversations I've had with customer service and the retention department I'm seriously considering a switch to Verizon or Xfinity Mobile. You spend so much money on advertising why you are better than Verizon but you can't be loyal to the customers who have been loyal to you. Verizon would love to have me and pay for me to make the switch. Do better Sprint.
