I recently had brought 2 BYOD devices. They said its required to have Sprint Complete while activating over the phone, they said I can remove it from sprint.com
I get the first phone active, cant remove from sprint.com and then next thing I know i got a bill already with the $15 on it. I call them and he removed it from my account and credits $15 for the NEXT bill and told me to pay the current bill.
I get the second phone, same thing happens where I cant remove it online (internal error) so I call up and the person cancels it but I think she cancelled it for the next billing cycle and not pro-rated for the current bill.
I dont want 1 month of Sprint complete, i didnt even want it at all.
Is there anyone who can remove Sprint complete from my device and PRO-RATE it
