I recently lost my job and I cannot afford to pay all of my bill and I can only pay for half of it until I can come of with the other half of the bill. I don't qualify for payment arrangement and I've been having a terrible time getting help from representatives and I've been getting the run around. Is there some way that they can work with me to get my phone turned back on. please help.
