Payment arrangement.

It’s pretty bad that I’ve had to call over 20 times in 3 days for my bill to get corrected as well as try and speak to a  supervisor about a payment arrangement that was supposed be canceled because my bill was not correct and I was told I can still do a payment arrangement after it’s done  Arrangement that was supposed to be cancelled until my bill was correct then I could have a one time  courtesy payment arrangement for the past due. Well today my phone was shut off and all I get is rude people!!!!!! I’m about ready to switch companies as well as my parents and friends.
