Penalizing loyalty??

Today I learned that after 19 years with Sprint, they've decided to add a $5 charge to each of our phone lines (we have three now) because we are on a plan that has been grandfathered in. 


I called customer service and was told I could upgrade to a newer plan that would cost more. 


I let them know I can get an unlimited plan with each of my lines for much less money elsewhere. 

Customer support told me the company I switch to can contact them directly to port the line. I don't need to call in.

out of curiosity which plan were/are you on?

I like many others come onto this site for assistance and to help others. Marking a reply as helpful or correct helps others with like issues when they try to search the site for assistance.
