Small Business Customer for over 3 years, behind on bill need extra time than payment arrangement

My brother and I have been customers with Sprint going on 4 years now, we have our small business phone plan through sprint. Our Van we use for our business has been in the shop and we've had to empty our pockets into it so we can get back on our feet and have fallen behind on our payments. We need more time than the payment arrangement offers to be able to pay in full and are asking for at least another week.
