Yup this has been going on for a long long time. They gave my account away and now I can't change my billing address or anything. They get ALL my sprint mail.
I am forced to go to a sprint store to pay my bill and get service charges on me for doing so, even though Sprint denies this on the phone.
This is so messed up. To make matters worse, I am disabled and living on a fixed income. When they do return a call, it's early in the morning when I finally have fallen to sleep because of the pain I am living with. SHAME ON YOU SPRINT!!!!!!!!
