I have requested for my iPhone to be unlocked by sprint over 2 weeks ago and have called over 4 times and they continue to tell me to wait 2 more days, 3 more days, 5 more days. Each time I call they tell me the same thing that the request was never even submitted. I am very disappointed with Sprint. I have been patient and without a phone for 2 weeks now. After being a loyal customer with sprint for over 2 years, I cannot believe they are giving me such a hard time with this.

I know this has been frustrating, but let me see if I can help. What model iPhone do you have? Also, when the unlock was being performed, did you follow the steps in this link? SOLUTION: Sprint Hints for Successful Unlocks
