Unlocking lies and terrible customer service

I am now on day 4 of lies from Sprint telling me that phone should be unlocked "in a few hours." I have now talked to 11 different people, all telling me different things. Some leaving me on hold for over 20 min, to others actually claiming that if I turn my phone off and back on, that it would be unlocked. I am at a loss.
