I signed up for the 1 year free unlimited promotion in July. The terms indicate that I should be able to upgrade as of 10/1/17 and keep the free unlimited promotional rate. I have been on the phone with customer service for over 1 hour and cannot get even a simple upgrade on one of my 3 lines processed. I was subsequently disconnected. How do I get my account to recognize upgrade eligibility for my 3 lines. I would much rather process things online as the phone support is miserable.
