a loyal customer for 7 years and I have been overcharged for 4 of them

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for 7 years.  I just went to one of the stores to complain about my high bill, and found out I have been overcharged $60 a month for the past 4 years! I need to speak with someone in customer retention/loyalty very soon about rectifying the situation or I will be switching to a different service provider!
