Hi, I traveled oversea and swithed my SERO to seasonal standby. After I was back, I was told that I cannot switch back to SERO, and push me to change to more expensive plan.
How could sprint do business in this way. I signed the contract with Sprint for SERO. Now, you broke the agreement. Also I was told that I will be charged early termination fee if I quit SERO even you sprint broke the agreement.
