Ordered two phones online yesterday, January 2. Sprint site promised delivery the next business day. Got a call this morning, January 3, to confirm the order - which I did. This eveening, January 3, could not confirm that the order had even been placed after an hour with customer service. My wife finally reached a "supervisor" that did not seem to even know about the 24 hour delivery promise. Still do not have positive assurance that phones will even be delivered by Thursday, January 5 - more than 3 days after ordering. Poor customer service and deceitful advertizing.
