If you have submitted a request for unlock before and the system says that the phone is already unlocked, this simply means we've sent the signal. With the message you're getting, I'm confident that the phone didn't receive the signal. I'm happy to check on the unlock eligibility of the phone. I'm going to send you a private message to get the phone information.
I'm outside the United States and I have a Sprint chip but my cell phone is blocked from the network. How do I unlock it?
@vict324, Was the phone on your Sprint account? Or did you purchase it from a Sprint customer?
Yes they do. After I posted in this thread just a few days ago, I've been getting private messages from Sprint agents helping me out.
Howdy vict324. I'll be more than happy to assist. I see RedCruzr_Sprint request a smidge of info.
"Was the phone on your Sprint account? Or did you purchase it from a Sprint customer? "
Good Morning vict324. I've been trying to reach out to you regarding your phone.
- Was your phone ever on a Sprint account? Meaning did you purchase it from a Sprint customer?
- When did the phone stop working?
- Can you please explain what you mean by "blocked from the network"?
she sold me the cell phone by ebay and it is sprint, it has a signal but (without service) I am in the republic dominic
Are you a current Sprint customer? or Are you needing the phone unlocked to use with another carrier?
