My Sprint galaxy S9+ still not unlocked after 2 weeks

So I transfer my service to another carrier 2 weeks ago and put in the request to unlock my galaxy s9+. To this date, exactly 2 weeks have passed and after over 10 calls to the customer support, my phones are still not unlocked. I have gotten confirmation from multiple representatives stating my phones were unlocked and even emails indicating my devices were unlocked. I have tried using SIMs from T-mobile, AT&A, and Cricket. My phone still has the same message displaying: Please contact Sprint to unlock your device. The Customer Service is so bad, I am not sure what to do at this point.

Hi Jacklu789! Can you send me a Private Message? I'll be able to get that unlocked for you pretty quickly.  You'll need to be sure the phone has a Sprint SIM card inserted and connected to WiFi, and powered on.

 

I'll need the following info

IMEI of that phone

phone number it was last active on

account pin or security question answer

I have the same problem with my sgs8. Was told it's unlocked several times and my phone is still locked.  Can you help me?

You're welcome. Now I see that the unlock was processed on 8/8/19. Was the phone set up to receive the signal?

Yes it was.

The only time it was not set up to receive signal was in transition to work which was only 20 minutes
