So I returned a phone that kept dropping data under use and had a front facing camera FULL OF DUST FOR A SECOND TIME to you as a supposed gesture of good customer service. I get a Galaxy S7 in exchange that has neither of those issues, works like a phone should, just works. You slap me with a $410 fee for returning a non-defective device? I sent it to HTC once for this problem and once for the data problem.... Way to make it right. THANKS. I expect you to drop the fee now.
