I’ve been a long time customer. And I upgraded my sisters phone for her and failed to realize that she never returned her leased phone . End of my April I have chatted with a representative who told me I had no limit to return phone and that I would be mailed a return kit. Middle of May nothing .. end of May nothing I once again chatted and they told me to go into a store . And here I am being bounced around from stores to stores to back to 1800 number and I’m just trying to return this phone ! Please help

I’ve ordered two return kits already from calling customer care and I’ve also gone on that link and it doesn’t give me an option to order a return kit
