I've encountered an issue with a paid off device. I contacted Sprint several times regarding my unlocking not being completed. All the customer service reps keep reiterating is that it shows that my phone is unlocked on their end. After reading another post on here, it seems like my phone needs to be relocked and unlocked again to complete the process? Please help!
Thank you for providing the IMEI. After looking into the account it states there is a past due balance. We are unable to unlock these devices with a past due balance.
