SOLUTION: Payment arrangement or pay extension

I got on the phone today with a rep paid 180 towards my bill was told I could pay the balance on my bill on the 25th in full he restored my service and said I would get a confirmation text or email in 20 minutes I got neither and my service was interrupted at 10 pm ...I’m very upset and need my service on now as I have I kid in school on the east coast along with clients
