Sprint Complete is cramming

Within the past 3 months, I have replaced two phones on my account. Both times, Sprint add the "Sprint Complete" service without telling me, and I didn't notice until I saw that my phone bill had increased.  When I complained, they said Oh, the person must just have forgotten to tell me about it.  But twice? Really?  This sounds like cramming. Has anyone else had this problem?
