Andi R. Sprint Social Care Team: thank you very much for the information. We really do love Sprint and would hate to leave. Our goal is to avoid that. We will probably just switch phones. Again thank you very much.
Sprint has been stonewalling its customers for months about the Windows 8.1 update, which is worse than its failure to provide the Windows 8.1 phone update in the first place. Surely, Sprint knows its customers want a response or a legitimate reason for the delay. This should be a top priority for the new company president. Sprint will not prevail just by lowering its price. Supporting Microsoft Windows phone software would be a good bet on the future and a smart strategic maneuver to gain market share....and profits. I suggest someone at SprintCare deliver this message to the new president, since the customers do not have that available course of action.
Just brought 10 lines to sprint. One is the Neo. Would like to have more windows phones to choose from. I didn't know that they were so lacking in this department. Wish they would update the Neo, or better yet, come out with a new version. Great phone!
Sprint might get its first Nokia Lumia Windows Phone!!!!!!! http://www.wpcentral.com/microsofts-lumia-735-selfie-phone-could-be-sprints-first-lumia-ever
Ummm ya windows phones. I want more windows phones. We have enough Iphones. I would like more windows phones. Hint = Nokia makes a lot of windows phones.
Windows 10 is the next version that will combine Phone, PC, and Tablets.
