Get information to troubleshoot problems with your device

I am having problems with my phone. I have the Exclaim. I am having dropped calls, phone not ringing when i get incoming calls, text message and pic message not being received, and switching calls when i have an imcoming call wont work. What do I do? The only thing they will do is replace it with a reburbished phone and I have had one before and it was worse that the phone I returned it for. This is really frustrating.
