I'm having exactly the same issue. What was the resolution?

When i open my mobile data, there's no LTE logo appear

not quite sure what you are trying to do. activate a device from another carrier? one you purchased directly from the manufacturer?



needing a tad bit more info on what you are trying to do and with what?
