On Demand not updating

I have a Samsung M520 and On Demand is not updating on it. When I open it, it goes into updating and says "Updating .... Please Wait", and it just sits there. The data signal goes off and on every once in a while. I have soft and hard reset the device. I've updating my data profile several times. I'm not sure what to do about this since it was working a week or so ago. Any suggestions.

I had the same problem. The only "fix" was to exchange the phone for another M520. A shame, because otherwise these are great, rugged little phones.
