Rant Samsung Moment

We used to have the Palm Treo 700p but then upgraded to the Samsung Moment phones due to not getting good service at our house and Sprint kept saying that it was due to the old phones. What a mistake! We still are having issues with service at home on our new phones! Plus, we hate the Moments: they take forever to upload to the web, they freeze up, and the battery life is horrible! Unfortunately we can't get different phones now for at least 12 months, according to Sprint we can't get an upgrade till then, Uhggg! It doesn't make sense that brand new customers get discounts on buying new phones, but the rest of us that have been loyal customers for several years have to pay the outrageous full price even when we hate the phone and are having issues with them.
