Sprint Navigation DOES NOT work even after adding Data Pack (Samsung Reclaim)
What am i doing wrong? I've contacted Sprint twice and they have been unable to resolve this issue. I added the Data Pack to my plan thinking that was my problem but i still cannot use Sprint Navigation.
I was able to use it once! Now it keeps asking for a subscription for access even thought my Data Pack is ACTIVE!!! This is very frustrating and will continue to pressure Sprint Customer Service for a fix. Maybe someone out there already encountered and had this issue resolved. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
