Hello nuthousehome, and other welcomed posters. if you seeing a message that the battery disconnected while attempting to charge the phone it may be related to a hardware failure, and having the phone evaluated in a sprint service & repair center will be the best way to handle this situation.
Has there been any resolution to this? I just got an Intercept, and it's doing the same thing. I've re-installed it several times, but no change.
Have the same problem with wifes phone, you have to remove battery and re-install to get it to work again. but when you plug it back up to re-charge same thing. trying to figure out whats up. has to be phone issue of some sort. keep us updated and will do the same on out come.
