i bought a galaxy note 3 sprint in 2015 from Algeria .
After a month i noticed that i can't use 4g and the hotspot didn't work correctly .
Then i did some research in the web and i found that my phone may be locked.....
so i tried the sprint chat to get more informations but the lady told me that she couldn't help me because i don't have a sprint account,
knowing that i can't open a sprint account with an Algerian carrier 😑.....
can anyone help me please ?
