Why is there no Galaxy S II category when you CLEARLY still have people TRAPPED in contracts with that phone? You really don't think of your customers at all, do you? It is not even possible to email Sprint with a problem, request, compliment... Nothing. The only outlet is forums. Does Sprint ever read them? If you're wondering why your rating as a phone company keeps dropping.... LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
