Hello good hardworking people"

I bring sad tidings of the Samsung Moment! DO NOT buy! the charging ports are fragile and Sprint after 2 1'2 months of reconnect your charger" will only give someones else's recondition phone and make you have to update the software. I invested two hundered ten dollars and two yrs of an disgusting contract. Mind you, as an over ten  year loyal customer, this is what hsppen today. The rep I don't fault, Brenda was great and patient and caring .Probably, not paid enough! All      there is to do is find a way to separately charge the battery everyday.Anybody else feel hosed like I do? loook forward to your tales of woe. Here's a bassic question ......why not improve the mobile phone?
