Phone is not rooted; and I am getting awful LOS issues. Are there any resolutions available for this? Sprint dropped both of my calls while I was on hold, calling about this issue.
I called and they offered to allow me to take it to a store and have them overnight me a new one for 35$... I shouldn't have to pay to have a phone work out of the box. This is BS. Will filing a claim with BBB resolve this?

There is currently no fix, and changing phones is not likely to solve anything. Keep complaining, file a BBB complaing and call your attorney general if necessary. Sprint has not given any timeline of solution after a month of issues.
