You gave people back upgrades and credits. I didn't get anything but wasted time with rude and unhelpful "supervisors".

I bought a flagship phone to not have it work and no solutions after it being on the market for so long.

Not one apology.

You just keep billing us, focusing more on the iPhone 4S.

Yeah well at least they get get service. We don't. I've missed business calls, text messages, emails, etc cause of this LOS issue.

Once the Nexus comes out, and there isn't a MR release to fix this, I suggest everyone go to Verizon. They can't hit you with ETF if you have a phone that has never worked and you tried to resolve this issue with no solutions.
