Samsung Epic 4G USB with Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit ... can't get to work, now 16gb of frozen assets unless I delete all the pics & start over again

using my ole Nokia 6600 until resolved

You may be able to get mass storage to work if you try toggling debug mode. (home/menu/settings/applications/development/debug mode)  Also, try a different USB cable as well as try plugging it in to the back of your computer where there may be more power going to the usb port.  If all of those steps fail, you can always bring it by a Sprint Service & Repair Center to see if they are able to get mass storage working on your device.
