Cannot connect using mobile hot spot.

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to see the issues you're having. Has the hotspot been able to connect to these computers prior to this? Are the computers seeing the network to connect to or is it fully not showing up on the list of available networks? Are you getting an error message of any kind when attempting connection?
