Yet again I am having problems with my phone, I have already called twice for a replacement phone. They told me that they'll send me a new one just look out for the confirmation email, which i haven't received. But just like the last time when i got my second replacement phone I had to keep calling in. I need to have my phone with me at all times for work, but I can't cause my phone is broken. Hopefully by the 10th I'll cancel my service with sprint and switch with AT&T and hopefully they'll have better customer service.
