With my samsung epic 4g, I keep getting a network error when I use certain applications, I don't receive automatic voicemails anymore & I also can't hear people on the phone when they call me or I call them. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I apologize your having these issues with your device. Sounds like your having a lot of issues both with Data and Voice. First try to update your profile and see if that doesn't solve your data issues (menu>settings>about phone>system updates>update profile. If that doesn't work, unfortunately the next step would be to do a factory data reset on the phone and reload the OS, or you can take it into a service and repair center.
