There are no ICS like features in FC09. FC09 is exactly what Sprint posted it was.

When Samsung first mentioned possibly doing this many months ago, it retracted it's statement that all Galaxy S variants would get this and basically said just the international version woud get it which is the i9000. Who knows though...maybe they'll change their mind but I wouldn't hold my breath. The phone is 2 years old.
