Mega started the Kitkat update. Claims update completed but now the phone will not power up. When you turn the phone on it will show the Samsung Galaxy Mega screen and vibrate. The screen will then go blank and it will pop up again and vibrate. This just continues over and over. Any one else have this issue???

Prior to downloading and installing the update, did you have the device set to CDMA? Do you have a Micro SD card installed in the device? If so, please try removing the Micro SD card and then powering on the device. If the device fully powers up, the card is problem and should be tested for consistency. Also, trying removing the battery for at least 5 minutes and then attempting to power on as well. If you are still unable to get the device to fully power up, I suggest taking it to a Sprint Service and Repair center. You may locate one by going to the following link: http://bit.ly/18BdA4q
